The information desk provides all indications regarding the park.

Lockers may be rented at the cost of 4,00 Euro or internal safety-deposit boxes at the cost of 5,00 Euro. Umbrellas and sunbeds equipped with safety-deposit boxes are also available for rent at the cost of 7,00 Euro all inclusive, in various areas of the park.

No announcements shall be made so as not to alarm or disturb guests.

The entrance ticket allows access to all of the attractions and shows as many times as you wish to do so. Keep your ticket and present it at the adventure golf desk on the same day of purchase and you shall have a discount of 2,00 Euro off the price of the ticket.

Certain attractions may not be available due to maintanance thereof or due to lack of power supply.

In case of necessity, security measures shall be activated by the staff on duty. Please remain calm and follow the instructions given.

Take your child for a walk in the park with our fanciful and fun pushchairs. The service is free of charge. All we ask is to leave us an identity document which shall be returned to you on returning the pushchair.

If you wish to leave the park temporarily and return later during the day, plaese ask our staff for the relevant stamp at the exit.

In case of rain or lack of power supply the ticket shall not be refunded.

Please take note of the rules to be respected. The park declines any responsibility for accidents or damage caused to persons or things due to carelessness or lack of respect for the “safety rules of the park”. Moreover, the park cannot be held responsible for anything which has been deposited in the lockers or left inside the park.

Jumping from the bungee jumping tower is possible while reservations last and is subject to a price of 20,00 Euros.
